Running 40:00 
Straight from a big and yucky day of uni to Newcastle for a run along the water. From Merewether to King Edward park for a little lap and then back, with a loop around bar beach park each time i went past. Mum was doing stair runs after so I joined for 5 minutes. Legs were tired!
Netball 30:00 
First half at GD then GK. Actually felt like I played alright tonight but I just could not throw a good pass to save myself. Hopeless! Sadly a narrow loss to the Angels, next week could be our last game :'(

Streeto at Bar beach. Was a tad late, oops. Decided to go to the flat section first but then thought it was a waste to go to the hilly part and cut off too much, so I may have got a bit carried away.
It feels like i'm on day one of getting a cold still, no worse than yesterday but at the same time i'm definitely not 100%. Was feeling worse at the end of the run though so i may have overdone it a tad, fairly confident its all just stress... Surprised i ran alright considering!

Thought the cold hadn't quite hit me so I headed to the flyers intervals. Session was 10x 500m w/ 60 sec recovery. Realised in the first one i was definitely not 100% and pretty quickly decided to do just do four, rest one, and then four more. Times were between 1.46 and 1.56. Fairly sure i've successfully held this sickness off for a good month or so but a bit of uni stress and my body gave in. Just my sinuses mostly, hoping I can still keep it from developing into a full on cold...

Easy run with dad around the tracks near home. Avoided the rain nicely! Legs felt good and the time went really fast, must've been the company!
