Up early to train before work and was out the door when I realised I probably should have a break for the day. Tight in the chest and sinussy again, not happy. If I start to feel better through the day when i'm at work i'll be super cranky.

Got asked to work this afternoon so I had to get out in the middle of the day, thankfully there was a nice breeze! Found it very hard to get out the door though, feeling very flat and my breathing was crappy as, struggled to get enough air in at times. Not quite the hour I had planned but I wasn't feeling up to looping around at the end to get the extra distance, not quite 100% today I don't think.

Hilly one at Kotara this week. Struggled a bit with the route choice and I ended up coming past a 2 pointer at the end that i'd got at the start. Felt strong on the hills though which is what was important today so i'm happy. Legs were sore all day after yesterday but I didn't notice it so much once i'd started, definitely looking forward to a rest tomorrow now though.

Not such a burning heat today but it was so so so muggy. 10x 400's w/ 60seconds rest, the big guys did 12 so I did 5 and 5 with one rest in between. Good people to keep up with again this week but it's hard to keep the times as consistent as I maybe would like with no distance markers and one direction always being into the wind. Happy enough still though. Alot of talk of an end of year beer mile today...
