10 AM

Running 48:22 [3] 10.33 km (4:41 / km) +68m 4:32 / km
ahr:137 max:152

Lawson Hill park and ride to Telluride roundabout. Supposed to be easy but way harder. Decided not to double up because it was such hard work. Very wet morning. Made more miserable by Arsenal beating the Mags. Least England stopped Wales going top of the World rankings.

Easy up to Tomboy Mine and back from Oak St. Perfect day. Hopefully the first of many, many more. Disappointed in how many Jeeps run on the Tomboy/Imogene road. But I've been told in October all that stops. I went for easy and past knowledge today. Going to start exploring next week.

Travel Day with a load of heavy lifting moving in.

Thursday Aug 8 #

7 PM

Running 30:10 [3] 6.92 km (4:22 / km)

Treadmill at Albuquerque hotel. Heart rate probably 6 beats higher than usual. Long drive today.

Wednesday Aug 7 #

Strength & Conditioning 1:20:00 [3]

Did a ton of heavy lifting. (Nice pun). Moving stuff for the morning.
9 AM

Running 41:29 [3] 9.64 km (4:18 / km)
ahr:134 max:144

Easy on the hotel treadmill. Pretty accurate for a treadmill.

Tuesday Aug 6 #

5 AM

Running 56:45 [3] 12.64 km (4:29 / km) +7m 4:29 / km
ahr:139 max:157

Easy (until I felt it in the last mile) with Jordan. Pastures new. Never been in this part of Houston before. (Just south of U of H). Really nice area and good catch up.

Monday Aug 5 #

9 PM

Running 31:22 [3] 6.49 km (4:50 / km)
ahr:129 max:139

Late evening shuffle around Memorial. First time I've done the "new" loop. Just about tolerable heat wise.
