The Speyside Way on the gravel bike Good fun that was just a bit tiring. Lots of gates and many muddy sections which being clipped in made it feel very much like a cyclocross race. Some fast tracks which were really nice but there were quite a few horrible bits which were very slow. Have wanted to do this ever since getting my gravel bike so glad I did it. Good day topped off with the best chips in Banffshire! Still not as impressive as mums 170km ride yesterday

Farley slop Real fun trails, lots of drops in the heather with very muddy landings which then led to a long fast rocky descent. Did the nee trail again but wasn’t as fun this time was a bit disappointed

Lochardil maprun plus wu/wd Hammy real sore at the start so took pace real easy (5.30s) as it was my second road run of the week, normally what i’d do in a month recently, and didn’t want to overdo anything
