Big hill long run
Up win hill, lose hill, then win hill again. With around z4 efforts up parkin clough, and lose hill (apart from getting chased down by sheep) then effort lacking a bit up win hill again as very warm and was quite tired and lacking water so probs not good to push it. Very good vibes solo day out though felt pretty good. Kinda chilled pace ish for the rest. Don't know HR so estimated as forgot chest strap

After a few reps simon said I should just go do a 3km beofre race next weekend, kinda rogue but wasn’t too bad given I was just on my own. Was so so warm was melting, but felt controlled, he was just helping on pacing which was nice. Felt really good until like 5 laps then a bit tired but didn’t kick until last bit so probs had more in the tank. Hopefully better next weekend. Still kinda wanted more tho but need to just do some speedier sessions as 3km kinda short. Hrm not connected again :// kinda guessed

Lovely lovely run along fave trail then up past lodgemoor and redmires. Very very warm, first of many runs like this to come hopefully. Felt ok a bit tired but legs seemed ok. Shoes kinda feel like they have worn down a lot but maybe it’s just me

HH graves grass session

4x4 mins (2 mins). + 4 x short hills
was meant to do 5 x 4 but Simon said no, was feeling tired after 4th
Decent session although a bit of a wierd session as only really feel it on the last hill of the 4 min reps which is awful and painful but the rest is ok, consistent splits tho.
Felt decent tonight, but ran on the grass the whole way which was a bit rutted but ok, just bc of shins. They were ok but glad i went on the grass. Don't seem to have reacted from the weekend.
