nice to run to the gym instead of walking (or taking the car). went by haaa and did 3 x 400 with 50-ish seconds rest between each. 77, 76 and 73 seconds without killing myself.

checking out COC courses with Hammer. very easy run but nice/good for the legs to come out. yesterday was the longest i have ran for some time as well as the longest i have ran in the woods since...west point may 2011 i think. knee a bit sore, but calves are more sore. the back too actually. decided to change to m40 for the naoc sprint. i am not to keen to sit in a quarantine.
