A set of kensr's hip flexor exercises, using #5 on the weight stack. Maybe too much. Anyway, 2 sets of 10 with each leg, then stopped rather than press it further, and felt a little wobbly going down the stairs. Then 7 ring pull ups on the way in. So a little improvement there.

Fishing at Quansoo with Peter. We had been there on Tuesday and there was an opening, but it had closed in the interim, leaving a school of striped bass stuck on the pond side. They were thrashing around chasing bait fish and we were casting for them in water that was between ankle and calf deep. You could see their backs as they flashed around. I had several strikes, Peter caught (and released) one, but we were more interested in fishing than catching, so that speaks just fine. Beautiful evening, and the pond is different every time you go there.
