Warm Up/Down 15:00 [2] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)

Jogging, checking out the path. Then a few stretches..
Little jog to warm down and a couple of stretches.

Running race 28:21 [4] 6.33 km (4:29 / km)

First race of City of Hull's Champagne League.. Hessle Foreshore to Ferriby and back :)

Went really well and i was pleased with my run. Sprint finish at the end; actually felt like i was flying :P
I think i was around 69th out of about 150-160, which was really good :D
Dad thinks I was 9th woman which was also good.
Really nice weather too; not at all windy or cold..

Orienteering (CSC) 1:13:25 [4] 7.9 km (9:18 / km) +80m 8:51 / km

CSC at Sherwood Pines.

Had a bad run really, but still managed to be 5th on blue women and 1st out of the small club blue women :)
Number 15 was in the wrong place; it took me 8mins 33seconds to get it which was slightly annoying and I had a few other glitches. Probably ran at least 10.5km as most legs were path/track runs..

Andd, HALO won :D

Football (Match) 1:45:00 [4]

Vs Scarborough.

We won 4-1 :D I had two assists and scored the other two goals; played the best I have in while :)
Scarborough were considerably quieter and nicer than the last time we played them which made the atmosphere good and I tried to keep my mouth shut a bit more and shout encoragments :P

Went out with David.
He prefers roads so we went throught the back fields and up to Everthorpe and down the big road which killed my legs! Then, because hes lazy he went straight home and I went up the quarry lane to get to the woods and did one loop through the woods and back home :)
Was realllly windy.

Lunchtime game :)
Was good and we manages to beat the 6th formers which was good :)
Scored two goals.. Quite enjoyed it despite the cold wind.

Err, the rest was alright, a little lapse in the middle when rob did his usual 'forget about half the group and focus on the others' thing.. But it was ok before and after that :)

We wern't out usual best today; really should have won but performance was poor.. Came 4th out of aout 7 maybe?
Was a tad boring.

Longest run ever! :P haha

Decided i had to make up for not going out yesterday, so went for longer today :P It was alright; went for two loops around the quarry road first, then a backwards loop through the woods with two laps of the long rectangle section and back down and home :) The extra loop was about 1km long.

Usual..

But; jogged down to the field to check it out and they've turfed it all up!! So cant go up to football matches that way anymore and cant run there with mum =/

Netball tornament tomorrow, playing WD i think but not too sure..
Football has been moved to Thursday now which is slightly annoying as I wont be able to go for a run then either =/.

Went out on light green just shadowing a friend who wasn't actually that bad.. Was quite warm.

Londesborough.
Did the Short Blue after my jog out with Matty.. Felt really slow and had tired legs at the beginning, but then began to get into it about 1/2 way round. Was probably helped slightly by having already been out. Was 1st by 1min30 i think; not sure how though!

Went up into Little Wold for one normal loop, then one loop around the quarry road and back into the woods again. Then back 2/3's of the way up the hill, along to the big pit and back down, out and home :)
Was okk; don't think i will run tomorrow.

Was our last session before the assessment and i am still officialy rubbish :P
We were allowed to have a go through the cave today so I decided to do that.. It was a tad claustrophobic and quite difficult climbing back up (had to 'chimney'). It took me ages to do this though and at first, luke tried to push me up, hah, it was funny :)

Good lesson.

We only had three matches which were only 10 minutes ech which was a bit naf if im honest :P
We lost 1-0, 2-0 and drew 0-0 and ended up being joint 3rd/4, haha :P

New run :)

Went up into Little Wold, but then out of the top end and down the quarry track to join my normal loop back in the woods. Did this twice and then on the third time I just did my normal loop and back home..
Estimated the climb from OS map :)

Was able to go out with Dad because he's off work. On a new run; Just took it easy, was a relief to get into the woods near the end because it eased my calfs.

Some of the uphills are very tiring and I have no strength to get up them, lol.. I think i need some practice really.

Vs Westella Willerby

We won, 7-3.. Should have done sooo much better considering we are the best in the league.. Game took a slow start and they got a goal first! Jess sorted it out for us and then I got a right goal in :)
Didn't play very well to be honest but it was quite tiring :)

REALLY aching from Hockey.. I don't think its a good sport to play for me.. Will probably force myself to go out for a run tomorrow as i've been rubbish this week.

INTERFORM (Hockey) 1:00:00 [4]

WE WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (well joint 1st but..)

GET IN! It was a right way to end the last ever Interform! Soo proud of all the girls as they were all amazing and we did Simmo proud too :D :D

We played 4 matches in the rounds and won; 3-0, 5-0, 5-0 and 1-0.. Each were 6minutes a half..

Then the final against the unbeaten(EVER!) Form1 who everyone hates and we managed to keep a 0-0 draw which was soo good :)

Such a good morning!

Hockey (Charity Match) 15:00 [1]

Played in one half of the charity match against the teachers :)

Didn't really get much of the ball as we had about 17 players because everyone decided to pile on! :P

Was fun though :)

Blurghh. I feel awful:

a) because I feel tired and lazy

and

b) because I didn't go into the woods when i should have done. Tried to do some stupid new thing which didnt work because i ran too fast on the fast bits and didn't go slow enough for recovery.

Hmmmm.

Running 7:18 [3] 1.56 km (4:41 / km) +20m 4:24 / km

Stupid new thing I was trying..

Decided that I didn't want to go into the woods because it's repetative, so went to the field near home..
Thought I would do one length fast, width rest and so on..

First Length = 225m in 47seconds (slight uphill)
Width Rest = 132m in 43seconds
Length = 165m in 33seconds
Width Rest = 148m in 53seconds

Then back round again..

First Length = 194m in 42seconds
Width Rest = 147m in 52seconds
Length = 170m in 34seconds
Width Rest = 140m in 56seconds

Then started a third loop and I decided i didn't like it, even though I should have carried on and sorted myself out but yeh. So then went out the field in a slow jog to do a short run around the golf course...

Running 19:16 [3] 4.0 km (4:49 / km) +30m 4:39 / km

Run down the main road and up the hill and back down to the golf course. Throught the golf course and back round past the school. Up through King Georges field and then did a loop of the big field and then back home.

It was rubbish. Should have gone to Little Wold Plantation. =/

5 games, like 8minutes each way.. Was a bit boring! We came 7th/11 overall, which is alright as we are rubbish at netball, hockey on friday should be better! :)

A tad boring if i'm honest. It was only 8-a-side and we lost terribly after giving up in the second half! :P

Refereeing and Umpiring interform all day which was quite good as the weather was nice :) A bit of running around/playing football with netballs, but its hardly training :P

Two loops and a half around Little Wold :)
Felt fine up until the third go up the hill, then my legs started to feel a bit tired! Was an alright run overall.

Usual.. But on the way back (warm down jog) it took me like three minutes to cross the road so i was just jogging up and down until it was clear :P a bit annoying because i ended up getting a stitch

Orienteering 47:14 [3] 6.3 km (7:30 / km) +145m 6:43 / km

SYO Event at Wombwell Woods.

Did the blue course; 6.3km straight line but probably ran at least 7.5km. Course was nice and the woods were runnable. Was going ok at the beginning but in the second half of the course I started to lack concantration and planning routes so ended up a being slower than maybe possible. Was a good event though :)

We won which is the main thing I suppose, but the macth was absolutely awful! The other team quite obviously knew the referee so he was on their side for the entire time, and it was just stressful! GRRRR.

Did three loops of the woods..

First was backwards, second forwards and the last backwards. I think i prefer to go on the 'forwards' route, as the path seems much clear, but going backwards made a nice change..

Feeling a bit tired and grumpy today.. But it's the weekend, woo :)

Mum's jog :) Went out after my run, so it made a good warm down after my short warm down :)

Did two loops of the woods...

Hmm; Didn't feel too good. At first it was my legs aching and I felt like it took forever to get up the first hill because i was so tired, but then i started to feel ok. However, a little way in to the second lap, i started to feel sick :(
Was just generally slow, well i felt it anyway.. Maybe didn't eat enough today; not too sure =/

Hopefully will feel a bit better tomorrow and the run will be good :)

Was okayy.. I tried to do the climb that overhangs, but didn't have enough strength/confidence/belief to pull myself up, plus the hand holes were sweaty, possibly from my nervous hands :P

Was quite a physical session. Rob getting us to work quite hard; focusing on quick movement. Felt a lot fitter than everyone else seemed to look, but towards the end i got bored :P

Rang Dad after school complaining about the weather (windy and rainy), but he told me to stop making excuses and go out to do two laps of the woods because i would feel good when i got out there..

He was actually right :P At the start, i was feeling a bit bored, but once i got up into the woods I felt REALLY good, energetic, etc.. sooo, i did three loops :) Also felt as if i could have done more, but then didnt want to overdo it and injure myself..
Tried to keep the pace consistant at a reasonable speed which I think i did well :)
Climb is just a guess, but i think its a good one!

Very enjoyable run :) Thanks Dad!

Errrr, absolute rubbish?
Went off wayy too fast down the wrong track so lost myself right at the start.. Then all the green was confusing and i was just generally slow and navigation was awful!

Hmmm.. I think relays are my weak point; i never seem to do well at them!
