There were S, M, and L options for today, and we took the S. A bit of a climb up to the AT, then a failed attempt to find a good view (too green), and finally onward downhill to the car. Samantha was moving quite fast, still having fun, but excited to go home. It was not an accident that we had parked somewhere there was ice cream for sale.

Overall, a fun weekend. A bit warm and increasingly humid, but no sign of rain until the drive home. photos
