Felt poor again today and it wasn’t my legs but my breathing that was the issue just couldn’t get into the session. Still got it done and managed to keep with it for the most part.

Cool down felt easy afterwards and a I was using the recoveries to the fullest.

60’ easy 6xhill sprints

Ran with Anna on a new route she had found. Felt really comfortable and just chatted for the most of it. Legs never felt fatigued or over worked. Very chilly out so the run just kept warm enough to not feel the cold too much.

Hill sprints I did on my own and the felt amazing. Pushing really nice and nice high knee.

Run in the rain tonight fairly wet out. Kept a nice easy pace nothing strenuous. Felt much better than yesterday ran much better feeling fresh too.

Strideouts felt really good feeling fresh and pushing through the hips.

1hr 30’ moderate

Set off today and felt like crap. The first 30’ found my stomach wouldn’t settle and then just felt tiered and exhausted for the remainder of the run. Couldn’t get into a rythym just not my day for it. Cut it short in the end. Felt fine once I’d stopped so not sure what was going on today.

Felt good. Kept a nice easy push not pushing the pace at all. The weather was fairly still so not fighting the wind or rain tonight (novelty).

Diaganols felt decent legs felt fresh and pushing nicely through the hips.

Felt great legs really fresh a little surprised. Ran down the front and kept a nice easy paced run. Still a bit of ice about but dodged the majority of it.

Strideouts felt good just getting the legs to cycle through.

80’ progression run

Still a bit icy out but most of the snow has melted now. Ran the first 20’ really easy. Once warmed I wanted to be cautious to start with and not go out too fast from the get go. Overall I did get faster but toward the end probably pushing a little more than what I should have been. Still happy with the session but will probably take a few attempts to get it right.
