Orienteering race 1:13:00 [4]

Long Distance in VLESSART. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes mistakes in total. I had to run little bit slower (85% normal race speed). I hope that I can start running again very soon during my training days as well. Terrain and map very good. 9,5km.

Very interesting experience. Bikrak Yoga in hot room. I think I will go again. It was both good training for muscles and also good stretching. Whole body felt good afterwards.

Mountainbike Cycling with "babysitter" in the back with our son Ville. I cycled quite slow. Heart rate was about 120. Weather was very nice. Mostly in the forest in the small roads and paths.

Monday, tuesday and wednesday rest. I visited 2 doctors on tuesday because of leg. Result was good and at the same time bad. I have some real problems in my leg but they can "fix" it. Bad news is that both of them said "No running during next 2 or 3 weeks". At the moment the fellings are quite down. I have to do some other training. My goal is still in the Belgian Champs middle distance. I have to little bit lower my ambitions and set the goal in the different level. I think that it is victory if I can run without pain during those competitions.

Less than 2 min mistake total. Running felt and also was very difficult. Leg is very bad.

Run 30min+crosstrainer 15min+indoor cycling 25min. I took some "painkillers" before and that made possible to run

Leg is still hurting. I had 3 weeks break in running and it is still hurting. I have to visit the doctor next week. I try to run on Sunday anyway.

Crosstrainer 30min+Gym 30min (circuit training). Leg is getting better. I hope I can run tomorrow. It is not hurting anymore and I can walk normally.

Crosstrainer 30min+ indoor cycling 20min. I kept the little higher tempo and heart rate was about 10 higher than normally with crosstrainer or with indoor bicycle. I tried to save my leg and avoid running. Hope I can run race next sunday.

Skiing felt good even thought I have not skied a lot. "Race speed" is kind of nice way to say I skied as fast as I could

First hour slow and then 45minutes faster. Nice weather and good training.

Perfect. Temperature about -15 and sun was shining. Tracks were in good shape and around was beautiful and quiet Lapland. Together with Virpi. Leg is still hurting quite much. Last training before this was on tuesday and the rest didn`t help
