Monday, tuesday and wednesday rest. I visited 2 doctors on tuesday because of leg. Result was good and at the same time bad. I have some real problems in my leg but they can "fix" it. Bad news is that both of them said "No running during next 2 or 3 weeks". At the moment the fellings are quite down. I have to do some other training. My goal is still in the Belgian Champs middle distance. I have to little bit lower my ambitions and set the goal in the different level. I think that it is victory if I can run without pain during those competitions.
