So after yesterdays run and presentation hell, I went to give blood. Was fine, poured out of me @ 40ml/min and I felt fine, ate lots of the complimentary tea and biccies then went to see Unstoppable at the cinema (disappointingly average). Was fine until I got in bed and then could not stop being sick. Slept after a while but today my throat hurts form being sick and i cant grip anyting in my right hand which is odd. Sigh. Not fun :(

Other training still cancelled, and I didnt really feel the motivation towards hills, so went for a lovely run with Gman to Forge dam and back via fullwood road. Some places no snow, some just slush and most still over my knees! We aimed to stay in powder the majority of the way round, Good times :D

stretchy stretchy! i need to do more of this, now i have yoga video hopefully it will happen more. saves me listening to the redic. man in the gym.
This actually hurt a fair bit, I cant hold the poses for very long because i'm so inflexible, and every single joint clicked a cracked the whole time!
